      Heat sucks some areas arent controlled environment, Leadership in several areas need work or staffing in general.

      pay and bennys. Work culture/environment.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime. Long shifts with short breaks. LOTS of downtime and having to deep clean due to QA negligence.
