- I would a TSM is a good entry level to mars on the confectionary side of the business since that’s what mars started with - as with any career/job there are pros and cons is just a matter of your personality and what outweighs for you -base salary for what we do -paid vehicle -paid fuel business/personal -paid insurance -paid vacation almost 4 weeks every year and can roll over 1 week -401K

Cons

-although it’s considered a sales job sometimes it doesn’t feel like one and feels a little merchandising leaning -sometimes it does fee as if you are going out into the field and just checking a box every now and again

The pay .-17.50 The m&ms you can buy.

Cons

No empathy or sympathy from managers . Managers were on a power trip and couldn’t get it together for their employees. High turnover rate. Disorganized training. Quick to write you up for circumstances out of your control Stupid points system.

Don't work the retail side.

Bonus, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Cons

No one knows what they are doing. Leadership is a joke. No one gets along and the team members know. The Leadership team is not on the same page. The tactics used to coach, and correct actions, or even the probationary conversations are different manager to manager. The directors don't care about the managers. They prioritize the supervisors and wants of the team but not the managers. the focus is never on the growing problem, which is now associate behavior. I don't feel lead and no one else does either.
