      Decline in Living into the 5Ps

      Pros

      Old plan pension, matching 401K, flexible work environment, relationship based culture which could also be a con if you aren't skilled in navigating the organization.

      Cons

      Disconnected decision making, constant ambiguity in role expectation, career pathing, top-down active and visible sponsorship, the lower end of pay range as compared to public companies. Consultant dependent even where evidence of internal expertise, is risk-averse. Always paying consultants for the what and never the how to bring it to life and sustain.

      Mission Driven But Leadership Challenged

      Associates live five principles and are dedicated . Certain segments focus on building leaders .

      Cons

      There are newer associates who are leading and their leadership skills and style do not uphold the five principles and are bullies and self promotion focused.
