      Pros

      Good pay and benifits. Best group of people to work with as a whole. Jobs not labor intensive, pretty laid back.

      Cons

      Rotating shift. Finding out on Friday morning that you no longer have a weekend. 50/50 on getting good competent manager or incompetent idiot.

      Excellent environment to learn about CPG

      Pros

      The sales support they offer and the training is excellent. Their benefits are very generous: Company car, fleet card, home office, expenses reimbursed. They are very organized and efficient.

      Cons

      You learn a lot from management team, however, if there was an issue with a manager, the whole could see and feel the manager's indifference . The manager would make comments about the person to the team, which created a division in the team. Very unprofessional and difficult to maintain a team environment.
