      great if you have a good and supportive manager. Once strategy was clear and we knew what we do, all was better !

      High level of autonomy; very good pay and benefits; Most positions are challenging and the caliber of the associates is generally very high. There are opportunities to advance and associates are encouraged to make cross-functional moves.

      Cons

      HR department is a weak link in the organization. The review process is chaotic as is the hiring process. The compensation package is overly complicated.
