Great place to work, friendly environment, great teamwork and provide the atmosphere of sharing. Change is always welcomed in Wrigley As long as you are the talent, doesn't matter which position you started with, company provides the great learning opportunity for different levels of employees

Mars offers great products and marketing tools. The pay and benefits are competitive. Good place for college grads to start career.

Cons

Constant chaos and reorganization . Very political environment. Many unhappy and highly stressed employees. There is no consistancy with individual performance ratings; it is more about if you are "in the club".
