I was able to start from the bottom and move to the top in a short time frame Benefits Internal Chiropractor on site for $5. That was a great perk! You had an entire 30 min sessiona and it was encouraged to get one often. Location Professional Development (If manager supports your growth) work from home day(s) for eligible associates bonuses company credit card 100% tuition reimbursement (although i never used it) Stocks Mentorship is smiled upon
Cons
Some bad leadership exists Some HR employees were really bad at the time, Although most were very pleasant Hard to move up in salary, lateral moves are more encouraged.
