Good pay and benefits.....but too many politics.

Pros

Good pay for the area. Good benefits. Good fellow workers. Wrigley has declined over the past years as place to work due to bad upper management.

Cons

Wrigley downsized and they let go all the experienced older workers. Management is no longer respected or trusted, nor are they capable to do the job.

free candy and the ability to connect with folks from all cultures

Cons

Most folks are uptight and work in silo's even though they claim to be working together. There is a sense of mistrust all around even when folks show a smile. Very few are authentic and genuine in what they do and who they are. It's all about the bottom line and making upper management shine to the leadership team. This atmosphere has increased over the years.

The company is more open than most to letting people move to jobs outside their immediate field of expertise. If you want to try something new, get hired and then look around.

Cons

The politics go all the way down to the lowest levels. They are more interested in people skills than in technical skills.
