Pros

Ethical and truly believe in company mission.

Cons

Work environment is dependent on who your direct manager is. Senior Management is good however direct supervision is not consistent from one area to another.

Pros

You are allowed to bring your pets to work with you. Most people are very devoted to producing quality products/services.

Cons

Management makes employee decisions very politically, and could be based on who they like or don't like. Limited recognition for hard work.

Pros

Nice people and a known brand globally

Cons

There's absolutely no career growth - 0 structure, you have to play politics and not upset anyone (which means it's better to do nothing than drive value & impact). Seen completely incompetent people become VP/CDIO (switching from MW to Pet Nutrition) with 0 understanding of value or analytics and just doing "RACI" type discussions (current CDIO of Europe in PN). P&O (HR) is COMPLETELY USELESS - they have no idea what's best practice at other companies, it's mostly young and incompetent lifers, having worked nowhere else. There's absolutely no support beyond talk for career development in analytics. New CDO does nothing but politics in MW (constantly going to "workshops" for 2 years). No one at VP level knows analytics, they just play politics. Looking to do the dumbest acquisition in CPG since the Heinz/Kraft merger. K's stock price has been tanking for decades, but here we are - acquiring a company that's high in sugar & salt rather than healthy (where all of the growth is). MW CEO wants to become the Mars Inc CEO, no doubt, and apparently this is needed for that? Horrible horrible acquisition.
