Great Global Culture, Unfortunate PH Culture

- flexible time (only 2 days required in office) - product allowances every month - great global culture

Cons

- high turnover rate in PH - no GM for 1 year; a lot of leadership positions resigned - no systems and a lot of manual processes; all up to you with no system to back it up

Pros

Being a mid-career employee who is also balancing growing her family, I've felt incredibly supported and appropriately challenged by my team. I'm thankful to have found Mars at this stage of my career as work/life balance is respected and professional development remains a top priority.

Cons

Some roles and functions may require you to relocate to continue climbing up the ladder, which isn't an option for everyone. Decisions can take a while as the culture here is very collaborative and it is often unclear who is accountable.
