      Challenging Environment, may get stuck in a position without clear feedback

      Pros

      Challenging work environment. Will learn a lot about how to analyze quantitative issues, and sometimes will get client exposure. Compensation at each level is on par with most top consulting firms.

      Cons

      You can get stuck in the same position at Mars & Co if you get switched from project manager to project manager. Best option is to work with one project manager and develop a repertoire with him and get promoted, else it will take you a long time to get promoted even if you have good reviews. Majority of projects are similar, can get stuck on one type of project for a long time.

      Pros

      Smart coworkers. Very quantitative and analytical type of work. Able to experience variety of industries. Great benefits. Good network of alumni.

      Cons

      Whether you have a positive or negative experience is strongly correlated to the VP and Project Manager assigned to the project. Little formal training. Compensation lags competitors.

      Working here is pointless - no any benefits at all

      Cons

      Communication is deliberately opaque, and information is kept from you on purpose. Forget about promotions, raises, or any real incentives. They treat every junior like disposable labor. Don’t trust anyone here.
