      Pros

      In the SF office there is a laid-back atmosphere and everyone pretty much sticks together and willing to offer a helping hand or teach you something new when needed. It isn't overly competitive and cutthroat.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of competitive intelligence work which often is more akin to telemarketing than management consulting. This completely depends which client and/or type of project you are staffed on. Some are luckier than others.
