There are some good people

Cons

Managers are not trained to manage, do not supply feedback or welcome it. HR supports managers. Nepotism and favorites receive jobs and promotions, not open to new ideas or change. Increased use of therapy while working there.

Working with the best of the best; clients have high respect for quality of work being produced. Opportunities for remote work is growing.

Cons

Hours could be long if not kept in check; Easy to get caught up in long projects that keep one away from family & life.

I feel we have an opportunity to move towards the 21st century more regarding flexibility and enabling more roles to be mobile / work from home.
