To get the basis fundamentals of insurance and risk managment.

Cons

Moral is low, upper management cuts expenses (ie cheaper office supplies, holiday potlucks) but the higher level positions are still allowed to spend enormous amounts of money for traveling. People are promoted not based on merit or hard work but instead of how connected you are in the company. Too many politics and egos that trickles down to the cr's who are left with all the work.

Great IT colleagues. Great comradery.

Cons

Management is hard to work with. Always coming up with new standards and processes of which we don't have time for because there's to much work. Colleagues leave and the company doesn't seem willing to replace. Not much room for advancement or moving into other positions.
