Pros

Big name brand employer, opportunity to work with other big brands, internal analytics are high quality

Cons

Massive turnover the past few years. Accounts are redistributed when an employee leaves. The extra work load is heavy. Administrative processes are very redundant and confusing to understand. Budget cuts are every year.

Pros

None at all. Run from this place.

Cons

Horrible company. People expect you to have the skill sets they think you should have. They don’t train, and there is zero collaboration. You either know what is needed or you don’t.

Pros

Good benefits, health insurance, PTO.

Cons

Low pay. Small raises and bonuses. Jobs are being offshored to cheap labor, leading to more and more layoffs of American employees. EU laws make it more difficult to layoff EU employees so this results in American workers being laid off and jobs offshored at higher rates. Do not recommend Marsh McLennan for US employees. The company already announced 500 million in lay offs incoming due to reduced revenue predictions over the next several years.
