Pros

Excellent ability to learn insurance industry. Global company, with international resources and a interesting history. Work never too stressful. Easy to achieve work-life balance.

Cons

Awful internal politics. Crappy and confused senior management. Skewed employee incentives. Inability to promote and retain talent. Petty people.

Pros

Medical benefits are good Time off is also good work/life balance is good

Cons

If you are looking for good training, its not going to happen here. In order to advance, its all about who you know. Job security is very slim. Ever since the Spitzer thing, the Marsh name is not the same.The morale is terrible. No Bonus or raises in the last couple of years
