Pros
Interesting time to work for MMC. You could be at the beginning of something great, or at the end of something great. I truly hope that we are in the midst of a turnaround.
Cons
Uncertainty of future due to inept management. I'm constantly being reminded of the "good old days" at MMC. I'm ready for the new " good old days". I hope that we can expect some senior management to stay beyond their appointment date. There has been a series of people that have worked at MMC less than 6 months, but managed to take with them a hefty retirement package. For absolutely no benefit to the company. They got their positions becuse of who they knew, they cashed in, now they're gone.
