Pros

An ok start up or summer Job for an high school student if you're wanting to make some money.

Cons

In the end, the money wasn't worth it. They'll work you to death for $8+ and hr. Employee discount is ridiculously low.

Pros

Some coworkers are good and hardworking. Decent working environment. Short shifts on the weekend.

Cons

Alot of pressure to push gift cards, credit cards and fundraisers. You are only called a good worker if you get gift cards, credit cards and donations. There are bad coordinators who must have job because of favors. Hourly pay is very low compared to all other companies. Discount is 10% They know employees won't stay because of salary and pressure and they don't care because people are always applying. You can't grow here and be able to survive.

Pros

I loved my coworkers and some of the managers there.

Cons

Depending on who you get, some of the Store Managers are negative. Mine always asked us to change something to a certain way, then would turn around and yell at us, asking who arranged it that way (when we would do it the way they wanted.) Not much room to grow.
