Good equipments. I really like they have peterbilt, kenworth and freightliner trucks. They also have plenty of terminals and yards through out the country

Cons

Pay structure is not the best. At that time I was offered 1300 min. Pay with underlying requirements like hometime must not exceed over 48 hrs. Like literally 48 hrs from the moment you log off. Then 62 cpm included the premium pay. Basically you are at 52 cpm. With that 52 cpm, a percent of that is per deim. I forget how much it was. But basically per deim, premium pay, and cpm makes it 62 cpm. Basically read the offer letter thoroughly if you decide to join Marten.
