Pros

base pay, quarterly, yearly bonus

Cons

-The Burnout- when a co-worker dies crashing in to the only tree in a field don't tell you employees "thats why you should never use sick time or pto because you dont know when your family is going to need extra income while you are in the ICU"- No real world transferable skills because the CRM system they use is a outdated by decades platform that looks like something out of a Blockbuster store. Additionally you will work with a excel spread sheet that is never up to date. updates on scheduled appt come over a digital version of Fax machine that has no format. You will be constantly on the phone with IT trying to get your virtual desktop running of Windows XP or 2000. You will work more than and are expected to work more than 8 hrs if you consider you are on call 24/7 and need to answer all your cell phone calls at any time of the day and solve the issue. For years we asked management the ability to work from home and they way they would answer would be "Over my dead body" "Im not going to pay you to work from home in your Underwear" "I need to see you on your desk working" " You need to look busy" people where let go for ridiculous excuses when covid hit since the ports, warehouses, and DC's where practically dead and needed to shift loads to dedicated drivers. No sick time was is given forget about PTO you only have 5 days in a year. If you request PTO good luck getting it granted even f its months in advance. expect to have to take calls during your time off.they expect you to come in a hr early it does not matter when your shift starts of how its constantly moved around. they micro manage you by talk time on phone and keystrokes and emails sent out. Sales team offers these low prices but while we have to keep and grow our margins drivers are paid less and are gaslighted when the topic of fuel prices come up.- Eventually moved over to Work from home during covid since upper management are in their 60's but everyone else went back to office just as delta hit.
