professional, good dm's, very consistent about not pushing drivers to drive in bad conditions, opportunity to make good $, nice yards, good equipment

Cons

Marten specializes in servicing business's with difficult egress & docking situations. Uses OTR drivers with sleeper birth's & 53' trailers to deliver to places that should be serviced by local drivers in day vans b/c it saves them $

So far so good…but the 65mph is a killer.

Pros

The loads are easy. The money is steady. Although the local drivers don’t make what most other companies make.

Cons

The trucks need to be bumped to 70MPH. The local drivers are running 12+ hours a day at $220/day which is like $18/hr. Not good.
