It's gratifying to see the direct impact of my work on sales and customers satisfaction.

Cons

I experienced firsthand the challenges of working with limited storage space for merchandise. This caused clutter and made it difficult to organize products, which ultimately impacted my ability to do my job effectively. The warehouse was always overcrowded, and it was often difficult to find the products I needed. This made it difficult to create visually appealing displays and to keep track of inventory. Another challenge was the impracticality of some of the owner's ideas. For example, he once wanted me to create a display of products that would reach from the floor to the ceiling. However, the warehouse had low ceilings and narrow aisles, making it impossible to do this safely.

The supervisor pretends to be on your side, but that's all fake!

Pros

Most new employees go together instead of mingling with other older employees and superiors.

Cons

It's a diverse environment but the discrimination is terribly high! The supervisor pretends to be on your side, but that's all fake! He was never on anyone's side and to be honest , he only makes things more horrible.

Pros

Martignetti is the leader in the region for wine and spirits distribution. If you have an interest in the industry, I highly recommend starting here. The people are all wonderful and you will be surrounded by years of knowledge.

Cons

The industry itself moves somewhat slowly at times. Be prepared to have slow weeks, but there is plenty of excitement as well.
