Forced to work for a toxic management

Unfortunately, the only pro here is that I have a job.

Cons

Employees here are forced to work for a toxic management. I wish that the leadership would just leave us alone since the managers don't contribute anything to the workplace anyway. Employees here are able to work better and more efficiently when the horrible managers aren't around.

Forced to socialized with the unpleasant management

There are no pros at all.

Cons

You will be forced to socialize with the unpleasant and rude management even if you don't like the people here. The leadership is awful and understandably unlikeable. However, promotions and increases rely on sucking up to the managers, so you are forced to do so unless you are contented with mediocre pay and being stuck on the same position.

What he asks for were stressful and brutal!

I try to do as much as I can for every order he makes and everything the manager wanted me to do.

Cons

Everything the manager asks us to do were incredibly terrible and insane! he gives us work without even thinking if it could possibly be done in the amount of time he wants it done! Most of the time what he asks for were stressful and brutal!
