Pros

We get paid weekly, paid benefits (90 days clock-in), and retirement. It is a union base company and you get amazing benefits. There is room to grow in this company. Its by seniority.

Cons

The management sucks and they are unprofessional at their job. The pallets are 8 FT high and highly intensive labor. Each box is 30 lbs or up 60 lb per soda bids. The time to work are at 3AM. They don't care about worker safety they care about numbers and how many routes we finish within a 12 hr shift (only work 4 days a week) They can call you any day of the week to work if your new. They can fire you even if you got a bid. (Bid= Picking your own schedule for the whole week)

Extremely high turnover in upper management, they burn you out and you are expected to work A minimum of 56 hours a week, management tries to sleep with everyone and if you don’t you are targeted. They don’t value their employees
