Pros

Newer equipment, provides free paper towels to drivers.

Cons

In cab cameras with AI monitoring will log everything you do, and the next morning management will go over all infractions you did the day before. Infractions include eating/drinking anything in the cab, using Bluetooth headsets is strictly forbidden, and considered a fireable offense. You will be forced all your days off, you only get time off when you run out of hours... but they will add available hours of service so you can never run out. You can never plan anything, and if you want a scheduled day off you have to use a sick day, and even then they will try and write you up for taking it. They will harass you on your vacation to come in. We had one driver commit SCD and 2 others attempted. So if you want to work at a place that will force your to work all the time for below average pay while making you feel unwanted and unappreciated this is the place for you.
