      This particular role is very flexible suiting work life balance. Incentives and bonuses. People are lovely and can pull together quickly

      Cons

      Overworked and can easily work over 12 hours days without those hours "paid" or compensated. Customer calls most of the shots which effects customer relationships directly and out of your own control. Comms are perceived as our MB decision which is not the case. Lack of communication or very delayed needs huge improvement.
