      It hard labor but it pays well.

      Pros

      The harder you work the more money you make. Overtime is mandatory so whether you want the extra money or not it is going to happen.

      Cons

      Slacking is not an option you must perform on a daily basis. Days off and vacation goes by seniority, so if you need a specific day off it may not go through if someone is higher in seniority.

      Great management and good pay...benefits etc

      Cons

      Little schedule flexibility and write ups happen often. Very clickish...tight group. If you're liked and catch on quick you're good...if not then likely not there too long.
