      Poor decision on my part

      Pros

      Martin-Brower's senior level managment is great and has great opportunities.

      Cons

      At the Field level, Human Resources is considered a joke and I should have known not to take the job when someone on the panel interview fell asleep! Sr. Management's answer is to these problems is if you can endure it long enough you can move to Chicago and then get to have fun with all the strategic projects they do. But it is not worth compromising your ethics.

      Pros

      Work life, people, working with our customers. Driver staff was awesome . Experience on software and training. Like visiting customers. Job satisfaction.

      Cons

      Very few cons except for salary - very low. Profit share was very good and different from most companies. Job advancement would require physical relocation in most cases.
