I work with amazing people that are always willing to jump in and help improve and do things differently to service a great customer. Opportunities to move around within the business are plentiful. You get to work with some of the best suppliers in Canada. Business has been strong despite COVID.

Cons

Supply Chain is experiencing challenging times world wide and as such it is a busy time. with some level of unpredictability. If you like solving problems, fast pace and make a difference - Martin Brower will be a place for you. If you prefer routine, you might find it more difficult to adapt.
