No room for advancement, always stay where you are

long hours, harsh environments (take the freezer for example, its kept between 0 and -10 at all times) and you stay til the works done, its not a punch in at 9 out at 5 job, you stay til its done even if it takes you til 6hrs before your next shift. most managment pretty cool, alot of BS and false promises of advancement. give bs titles to try and justify the extra work. they harp about getting no over time, when its almost impossible to get done in the "standard" they set. one day a week i could see, but thats busting your butt skipping breaks and working through your lunch. NO OUTSIDE LIFE, you work 40+ hours a week, and unless your hopped up on meth, there is no way you could have energy to have a life outside of work, its sleep eat work sleep
