      No family life, poor benefits, never see upper management, middle management acts like its a burden to talk to you. Other employees will turn you in for anything to advance.

      Job is fine. Co-workers are good. Management is the poison.

      Co-workers are friendly and good pay and benefits and Union workplace

      Cons

      Company made a calculating mistake and increased the warehouse pick rate by 25%!!!!!! We had to run our arses off and many guys got hurt. Compensation board investigated.Company convieniently found the calculating mistake when injuries increased and the top performers were not getting it. Do not trust the company or current management here unless you like being lied to or want to run your arse off and get hurt. Unfairness in how management gives the work out.
