      American owned company, Ward Nye talks the talk, but local mgmt. does NOT walk his talk.

      Upper management in the Denver area uses intimidation, arrogance, verbal and mental abuse to keep control

      Great place to work if you are a married, middle-aged, white male

      Cons

      Gross repeat EEOC violations. Micromanagement and hostilities directed at female office employees routinely. Terminations of same group right before 5 year (pension) mark regardless of job performance and evaluations. Do not file a disability claim or take a stand on fairness, because you must do as you are ordered or be shunned from the kingdom forever!

      They have great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance. Management is dysfunctional. The cannot keep a Sales/Use Tax Manager. Reason, upper management. They give you vacation, but you're not allowed to use it.
