      Pros

      I saw everyone mentioned good cafeteria and nice gym. This is true. Nice campus.

      Cons

      No clear vision.No long term strategy. The founder may change direction when something comes to their mind. No second opinion other than founder.

      - good cafeteria - decent gym, flexible lunch hours - annual company picnic is usually at a big amusement park - not many formal processes so sometimes feel like a startup

      Cons

      - lack of career development. - upper management does not communicate their vision for the company - very little inter-team cooperation leading to failure - unbalanced work loads between teams as some are over-staffed while others are under-staffed - opaque bonus process - salary is usually below market rate
