      Good learning opportunities. Lots of projects and work.

      Cons

      Lots of crap projects are done as customers are relatives of sr manangement. No revenue potential and wasting resources

      Pros

      Benefits were good, free medical, dental and vision benefits. Also, time-off and sick-leave were generous and free food are great. Good place to work.

      Cons

      Bad mangement! no communcation within team members. finger pointing and back stabbing causing many Engineers to leave the company. Avoid the company.

      Pros

      You get to work on new technologies and ideas. There is a lot of potential to come forward and be stood out. There is a lot of areas that need improvement and hence it is easy to identify and choose areas that you would like to improve at Marvell.

      Cons

      The hours are long and there is constant pressure of getting things done, not necessarily in an orderly manner. The processes are not very well organized and need a lot of improvement. The environment is very secretive and more communication from the management might be very helpful. Everyone complains about compensation, but Marvell really needs to work in this area.
