      Old Management (ex-CEO/President) were ego maniacs and zero business sense New Management - lack of experience in this field and really have not laid out a clear strategy on how they plan to steer the company out of the current mess. On top of it one of the Business Units is led by yet another dictatorial guy who pushed out very Talented Senior VPs leaving a huge vacuum and the teams in disarray. There is no hope for this company unless they rectify and get rid of such people

      Knowledgeable and experienced people, plenty of learning opportunities, can work in cross functional and easy to move across functions. great cafeteria

      Cons

      lot of workload, attrition in team during project which causes further overload. work hours are crazy as well
