too much politics, and the management only take care of the people from good schools such as Berkeley. Too much bias and not a good place for experienced people. It's good for fresh graduate. Low pay for experienced people.

Very bad political environment. The company like fresh graduate from good university especially from Berkley. If you are not from the good university such as Berkeley, MIT, UCLA and Stanford, you won't be given too much opportunity to grow. People from those university can have good opportunity even if they knew nothing when they join at the beginning. The CEO like smart people based on the university they from. The management are very political and will get rid of any people who will be potential competitor for their position. Some managers are very bad technically, but climb to the manager position due to political reason. The company is also very rude to their employee and just lay off people without any reason in a sudden and secretly, which is probably just political reason. Don't go to this company. Management just stay there and recruit some people to work for them. They are not qualified.
