      Pros

      Nice cafetaria lunch/dinner price is subsized. The gym is nice with many equipments, and nice basketball court, .

      Cons

      Salary is lower compared to peer companies, and promotion is mostly based on luck for no obvious reason. Good technical skill doesn't really matter, it's only good to avoid lay-off if there is any. The company also keeps so many low-performing or incompetent engineers for no reason.

      Good food in the cafeteria.

      Cons

      $1.27B lawsuit. Ridiculous 401k matching. Low raises and bonuses. CEO and his wife have too much control. They have to approve every single new hire, knit picking over GPA and School. No transparency! Bad upper management and bad acquisitions.
