      Pros

      Technologies that you works on is supper. Most time we have flexible work hours

      Cons

      Top controls everythings and can not communicates and motivates the troop, we have a few whole company meetings, where top managers talk for hours and everyone not sure what messages they want to communicate. It is a ineffect family control business. Pay is low. Even you get promotion, you will not get much more.

      Start up mentality. A lot of hours

      Cons

      Didn't allow engineers to work from home. Didn't trust their engineers. Management was too obsessed with IP theft.

      1. You get to learn a lot. 2. You get to work with some really smart people 3. The gym is pretty nice.

      Cons

      1. No people management. 2.. Care only about meeting deadlines. 3. Salary not competent enough 4. Benefits have gone down a notch.
