      Working as a contractor makes you feel like crap

      Pros

      Successful company that makes great products. Good salary packages and comparable benefits for employees. Wonderful benefits department and helpful HR people.

      Cons

      As a contractor I understand there is a different dynamic, but this company makes you feel like a total outcast even while working there.

      Lot of churn in top management gives opportunity to progress Well run storage business with leadership products

      Cons

      Too many senior managers leaving with very unstable environment in non-storage business Run like a private company not a shareholder owned publicly traded company Sycophancy is the most important management creed, competency is rarely rewarded Questionable ethical standards

      Pros

      Great facilities onsite, Food, gym etc Successful company to work with and good brand name.

      Cons

      Very little communication with teammates. Manager hardly spoke. Expectations not communicated effectively. No exposure to anyone outside team. Somewhat of an isolation. Lot of people spoke in asian languages which everyone could not understand.
