      Fast growing company through multiple acquisitions

      Cons

      Leadership is more interested in their own success than the success of the employees. Highly political and if you don't play the game, you don't succeed. Limited growth opportunities unless you're part of the "club" which mainly consists of the male leadership of the organization.

      * Stock tripled in past 3 years so those who got in few years back like myself were rewarded well. *competitive salaries and RSUs

      Cons

      * They give you a good package but they milk you for every penny and if you don't put the long hours they include you in their yearly layoffs. * No diversity: Asians and Indians make up 90% of the engineers.
