      Great stock plan Company on good trajectory Great CEO communication

      Cons

      Poor base salary Very hierarchical - like a caste system, if you're not an executive you're a 2nd or 3rd class employee. Lots of arrogance amongst the have's. Zero upward mobility for non-executives Zero participation in decision making for non-executives Lots of talk about equality, little to no action.

      Good CEO who tries to do the right thing from people management to business management.

      Cons

      Many people with influence under CEO gives him what he wants to hear, and in some cases, have no morals, or empathy towards employees, making it feel like a very cold and uncaring place.

      Unlimited PTO (if you can take it) Stock purchase plan Work from home Some managers are fantastic but not enough of them

      Cons

      Schedules are incredibly aggressive, to the point where people are overworked and unable to take their time off and actually feel good about doing so. Great, talented people have recently resigned because of workload and poor treatment by managers (U.S.) Technical people promoted to management positions with no management experience, training, or people skills. So much work in the pipeline and not enough people to accomplish the work on schedule without working a lot of extra hours. This is detrimental to work life balance. WLB is a buzz word, not a practice.
