      Pros

      Marvell has a great working environment. Co-workers and upper management are very friendly. Being so young in my career, I'm constantly given multiple opportunities to help me grow. I'm constantly being challenged which I love. Work life balance is flexible. Benefits are very good, perks to the company are nice. If you are looking for growing opportunities, then this is the right place to work!

It is a platform to learn and grow your technical skills 3. Start up Environment. Lot of opportunities to get your hands dirty but one should have self motivation and take own initiatives 4.
