      Pros

      If you are in a good group you will get good work.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at and I have worked at quite a few. Very small raise/bonus. Bad communication. Bad internal design documentation. Has some very talented people. But lot of office politics among management especially in headquarters. Things not looking good right now.
