      No one is watching you. Good canteen and gym. Some good pools of technology and people if you are lucky enough to come across them.

      Penny pinching where its not important and the expense of important stuff Lack of career progression outside of the chosen few. Poor marketing and execution

      open learning culture, bright minds, very good technology

      Cons

      Not a market leader in any significant products (except commodity printing). HDDs are a declining business. Where will Marvell be in 5 years? 10 years? Do you want to survive or thrive? Lacking laser focus. Want to have a foot in every boat.
