      Pros

      Flexible hours, friendly and cooperative culture, on-site gym, access to almost any type of advance industrial tools.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, schedule and decisions were made top-down, with little input from even mid-level management. Project execution also have much room to improve.

      the future of hardware will be narrow. most jobs will be done by machine. There will be less and less opening jobs for job seekers.
