      Both the technology and the work atmosphere are marvelous for graduates ，the new management seems to find the right way to achieve the next goals，many groups are gradually becoming more strong 。

      Cons

      I have not found yet at present ，maybe the average level compensation is a weakness to absorb the outstanding employees。
