      Experienced leadership team with a clear vision, passion to grow and make a new mark in the industry, well positioned to be a leader in cloud infrastructure and automotive.

      Cons

      Almost completed the transformation from the old Marvell to the new Marvell, but the transformation is still not complete. Management not hiring the resources fast enough in key areas especially application engineering. Slow to make improvements in product development across all product lines.

      Able to work on cutting edge technology. Things move fast. Interesting ESPP plan. HQ has interesting amenities (free gym, good cafeteria).

      Cons

      Bad project management. Almost no process. Almost always late on deadlines. Bad collaboration among different teams/ sites. Cultural barrier between sites
