Pros
Great organization culture, which puts the employee first - both wellbeing and career. I have been working for many years in Marvell, there were years where i was not proud about the culture. within the 5 past years, after management changes, it is a new company. That effect all aspects - mainly my ability to be better engineer and person within the company. Marvell now is how i educate my kids, and this is why it feels like home.
Cons
today I can mark 1 downside i see. Marvell is not benefit is not one of the 3 top companies in the industry. Truthfully - i don't care. I am not hungry. So if this is all you care you might not fit Marvell culture.
