      Clueless in the art of motivation Managers seem to be slave to upper management. Very Bias atmosphere. Diversity in skin pigment, not thought, mentally Hiring priority. Marvel puts so much emphasis on hiring based on their definition of diversity. If you don't fall into one of their diverse categories, you will be put on the bottom of the list
