      Good place to work if you're willing to work hard

      Pros

      Rewards are good for those who are dedicated and willing to be with Marvell for the long haul. It still feels like a start up in many ways since you can take initiatives to get things done--there are usually few road blocks for intiatives that make sense.

      Cons

      The work hours can be long. Communication is not a strong suit--that is meetings are not considered a top priority. People have to find ways to get the information they need--they need to be able to have hallway conversations about anything and everything. If you're aggressive, this is a good environment for you.

They expect you to think about your job even in your dream (That's the exact VP's wordings) One of lowest compensation in the industry. No respect to employees at all To motivate the employees they threaten to layoff. In Brief: AVOID AT ALL COST, IF POSSIBLE
